Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Corvo AI's website, applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Corvo AI provides an AI-native developer platform for Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and incident response workflows. The Services may help teams monitor alerts, investigate incidents, analyze telemetry, interact with infrastructure and observability systems, and generate suggested code or operational changes for review.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to both you and the organization.

3. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms, applicable documentation, and applicable laws. You are responsible for configuring the Services, reviewing outputs, and deciding whether and how to act on recommendations, generated Pull Requests, operational suggestions, or automated workflows.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits.
• Use the Services to violate third-party rights or third-party platform terms.
• Submit secrets, credentials, personal information, or regulated data unless you are authorized to do so and the Services are configured appropriately for that data.

4. Customer Content

"Customer Content" means information, data, code, prompts, logs, alerts, telemetry, repository context, messages, files, and other materials you submit to or make available through the Services.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant Corvo AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Customer Content to the Services and to connect third-party systems, repositories, infrastructure, communication tools, or observability platforms.

5. AI Outputs and Human Review

The Services may generate analyses, summaries, suggested commands, workflow actions, code changes, Pull Requests, or other outputs using artificial intelligence ("Outputs"). Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your environment.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, testing, approving, and supervising any Output before relying on it or applying it to production systems. Corvo AI does not guarantee that Outputs will identify every issue, resolve every incident, or be free from errors.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services such as cloud providers, source control systems, incident management systems, messaging platforms, observability providers, and AI service providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You authorize Corvo AI to access and process information from connected third-party services as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for the permissions, scopes, credentials, tokens, and settings you grant to the Services.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the Services. You are responsible for securing your own systems, accounts, credentials, repositories, infrastructure, and third-party integrations. You must promptly notify us at [email protected] if you believe your account or integration credentials have been compromised.

8. Fees and Payment

If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes according to the plan, order, invoice, or checkout terms presented to you. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in writing. We may suspend or terminate access to paid Services for unpaid amounts.

9. Intellectual Property

Corvo AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions. We may use feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy at /terms/privacy-policy.

11. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other party that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use confidential information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it using reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, rightfully obtained without confidentiality obligations, or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvo AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that Outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvo AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or security incidents, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corvo AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you to Corvo AI for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 00.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corvo AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or if continued provision of the Services is no longer commercially or legally feasible. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Services or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
